We deal with your insurance, and you don’t pay any more for your prescriptions. We are a full service pharmacy offering the convenience of free same day delivery. The future of pharmacy doesn’t have to be impersonal, talk or text with a pharmacist, have your questions answered, and get great service.
How does it work?
Send us your prescription
Get started by transferring your prescription. Send us your previous pharmacy information here. Your doctor can fax your prescription to us, or you can also send us a photo.
We contact you
We contact you when your prescription is ready, either email, text message, phone, whichever you prefer. If you would like your prescription delivered we will setup a time for delivery.
Free same day delivery
We just need someone who can sign for the delivery such as a friend, family member or neighbour. If you prefer you can also pick up your prescription in person, we are located behind Grand River Hospital and we have free parking.

Diabetes Education
Questions about how to reach your diabetes goals? Not sure if your medication is necessary? Neil is our Certified Diabetes Educator and can help answer your questions.
INR Monitoring
A simple finger prick is all that is needed to complete the test. We are also available to manage your dose changes based on your INR results, all of which will be shared with your family doctor or nurse.

Neil Malhotra
Pharmacist and CDE
Neil was born and raised in Waterloo. He completed his pharmacy degree in 2009 at the University of Toronto. Neil is also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) ready to help with any of your diabetes related questions or goals. He is also trained to help you quit smoking. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, and being out on his bicycle!
Michael Pe
Pharmacist
Mike completed his pharmacy degree in 2009 at the University of Toronto then completed a 1-year post graduate residency at SickKids hospital. Mike brings a wide range of experience from working in a variety of pharmacy settings including hospital, community, and a health clinic at a family health team. He is also trained to help you quit smoking. Mike enjoys hiking and travelling with his wife.

Bring your own container
We have some over the counter products available for bulk purchase in your own containers, get in touch to see what we can offer. We would love to expand our offerings if people are interested.
Eco friendly vials
We understand the risk of plastic and the environment. That's why we are trying to do our part and use vials that can be recycled and not end up in the garbage. We use vials that generate 100 times less CO2 emissions and 35% less plastic in production compared to regular vials. If your vials are in good condition they can be reused if you require refills.
Free expired medication returns
Have old medications and not sure what to do with them? Don't flush them, bring them to us for safe disposal so they don't end up in our water systems.
Minimize paper waste
Our pharmacy uses a "paperless" workflow minimizing the amount of paper we use behind the scenes when filling your prescription. We are also able to email you information sheets to decrease the amount of paper generated at the pharmacy level. Let us know if you are interested!
